Organization Application period is May 1 - June 29, 2026

As a festival that honors AAPI communities and works to amplify their voices and identities, we are looking for culturally relevant organizations who work to expand their reach and access to critical resources to the AAPI community.

• Booth Spaces - All organization spaces are 10’X10’ unless otherwise stated. ONLY Space is provided. Exhibitors will be responsible for providing their own setups including fire retardant canopy, tables, chairs or any other materials needed for their display.

• Electricity - Not provided

• Booth Fee - $50

• Application Period - May 1 - June 29.

• Notification of Acceptance - All organizations will receive a follow-up email with approval or denial within 2 weeks of submitted application and no later than July 13. Please double check your SPAM folder. If you don’t hear back after 2 weeks of submitting your application, please reach out to our team at asianamericandancefestival@gmail.com with subject line: Community Day - Organization Booth Inquiry.

• Asian American Dance Festival reserves the right to limit the number of applicants for any one particular type of services and reserves the right to change or substitute organization spaces, thereby maintaining diversity.

• You will need to submit the following with your Vendor/Organization application:

                      A. Image of Driver’s License (front & back)

                      B. Copy of all literature to be distributed for review and approval (PDF, JPG, PNG files only)

• Support and promote the festival and the community of artists involved, including sharing of social media posts, marketing materials, fundraising campaigns, etc.

• The organization director (the applicant) will be the main point of contact with AADF, TILTshift Dance, their staff, agents, and volunteers. It is the responsibility of the director to disseminate information and ensure that all members of the organization adhere to all policies and guidelines. The director takes responsibility for the actions of all organization members.

• Accepted organizations will be required to provide by no later than August 7, 2026:

                        A. Certificate of Insurance - naming the following as “Additional insured parties” (download detailed Insurance Requirements)

                                      1. “Asian American Dance Festival and TILTshift Dance”

                                      2. “City of San Diego”

                        B. Vendor Hold Harmless Agreement - signed copy

• Payment of Booth Fee: We accept CHECKS, ZELLE and CREDIT CARDS via PayPal or Venmo.
